Lynette B. Moody raku vase

Lynette B. Moody

Lynette B. Moody is a self-taught artist who relies on her love for the Southwest to create the images she desires.  Working exclusively in clay, Lynette achieves a unique style through a variety of techniques in composition and firing.  While most of her pieces are Raku fired, her hand-built pots are often primitive fired.  Lynette has work in private collections throughout the world, has gallery affiliations around the United States, and her award-winning works have been featured in solo and group exhibitions.  In 1990, several of her pieces were selected for inclusion in a Southwest collection of art for a diplomatic tour of Moscow.  You can reach Lynette at her studio in Tucson, AZ at (520) 744-1659, or email wizkids@prodigy.net.
