Li Sha Wu

wu,li_sha paper cutting Li Sha Wu has been working in paper cutting since she was eight years old. What started for her as a way to have fun, cutting paper and trading images with other children in her village, has turned into a successful creative business. Li Sha has produced about 500 different pieces, her most popular being the Yin Yang Dragon, a thousand year old Chinese symbol for good luck. Her work spans from images of dragons and peacocks, to flowers, to village scenes. Upon moving to the U.S. five years ago, she found a large audience appreciative of the unique cultural images and colors of her Chinese Folk Art work.

Li Sha Wu’s studio and business, Chine Dragon Art, is located in Tolleson, Arizona. She can be reached at 623-936-4379, or online at www.paperdragonart.com.
