Matt Buttermann, Jazz Guitar
We are honored this year to present renowned jazz guitarist Matt Buttermann on the main festival stage at the Festival in the Pines. Matt is an acclaimed jazz guitarist from Prescott, Arizona. His accolades include KJZZ’s “Best Jazz Guitarist” in Arizona Award, the Louis Armstrong Jazz Award, and the Outstanding Performance Award for both Big Band and Combo at the NAU Jazz Festival in 2002.

The Kiwanis Jug Band
The infamous Prescott Kiwanis Jug Band is a cross between Tom Mix and NPR’s ‘Capitol Steps’. The Kiwanis Jug Band features Julie & Bob Huck, “Bobby D” Donaldson, Denny Colgan and Kent Buttermann. The importance of this gypsy clan of musicians is more than meets the ear. They are rumored to be harboring the last pair of breeding Democrats in Yavapai County. Join us for their politically incorrect humor on Saturday, July 30th, from 11:45 am 12:45 pm on the main stage at the Festival in the Pines.
