This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at the www.888artfest.com and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry.
Entries will be accepted online starting March 25th, 2019 and ending on May 13th, 2019.
How to Enter
The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided by Andrew Maguire & Associates, LLC.
A $10 processing fee per submission is required. Andrew Maguire & Associates, LLC takes payment through check, cash, credit card, CashApp and PayPal.
The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Andrew Maguire & Associates, LLC. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Andrew Maguire & Associates, LLC.
The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive 10’x10′ booth at Flagstaff Festival in the Pines on July 4th, 5th and 6th, 2019.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected by Judging Panel under the supervision of Andrew Maguire & Associates, LLC on Saturday, May 18th, 2019. Winner will be notified by Email or Phone within 24 hours following selection of Winner on Sunday, May 19th, 2019.
If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Along with the form submission below, you must submit (4) pictures of your art along with a set up of your booth to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 13th, 2019. Please label subject: Your Name – 2019 FFITP – Local Art Contest Submission
Pay your $10 contest admission fee! We accept payment the following ways:

4. Call us (480) 968-5353 to pay through cc on Square (2.75% processing fee)
